The Eurocity of Guadiana shares experiences with the Euroregions of the north of the Iberian Peninsula

In the framework of the European initiative Resilient Borders - Resilient BordersThe Eurocity of Guadiana has held working meetings with the Euroregions Galicia-North Portugal and New Aquitaine-Euskadi-Navarre.

The aim of these meetings was to learn first-hand about their piloto experiences in cross-border spatial planning and to explore ways of collaboration that could be applied to the Guadiana territory.

Eurociudad del Guadiana is actively involved in a territorial planning and coordination project that seeks to improve access to services, promote joint infrastructures and foster cross-border integration. The studies and reports resulting from this process will be submitted to the European Commission in September.
